For most of this year my morning has been started out like this. Homemade yogurt with fresh fruit and nuts.
Oh this looks so yummy…a great habit I need to start.
That sounds pretty yummy, maybe I should try that for a change from ‘healthy’ cereals, you know, fruit loops and such
