I decided to tackle this scarf project on ravelry (http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/scarf-for-the-birds), however it was working up bigger than I wanted so instead of continuing with the scarf I changed it a bit and now my iPad mini has a new home.
I will be adding velcro to the tab, I want to keep in reversible so no buttons to scratch it.
