Fuzzy Three

fuzzy 3

Remember fuzzy one and fuzzy two? Well Fuzzy Three is big enough to eat those other two and still feel hungry!

But honestly I’m just stalling here. I did go out in negative degrees Sunday and take some snow photos for a certain group of people who have no snow to play in. However, they are not yet off my camera and we’re destined to get 8-12” with the storm blowing through currently and I guess it has made me too antsy to mess with it all. But I promise I will get right on it after I finish playing in our pristine white stuff. :)

Yes, I remember Fuzzy one and two, and now you come up with an even more amazing little creature!!
There is some very extraordinary “wildlife” going on where you live!!

Wow. Did you get that snow? The kids here are counting on a storm this week, so I hope Mother Nature saves some for us.

This is a wonderful photo.

Awww – I thought it was time for another cute bug picture! And YAY for genuine Wisconsin snow pics! Here in DC, we have oodles of cold and even a smattering of sleet, but no snow. *sigh* I will anxiously await the pics!

he looks like a little ball of sunshine. Our snow is melting rapidly, it got warm and is raining. It’s wrong that I’m thinking a freezing rain storm would be great so I could take ice photos. I’ll stop wishing for it now!

Those caterpillars are really cute but I am careful not to pet them too much after we found out J is allergic to them. She was carrying one home when she was about 3 and accidentally held too tight. She didn’t squish it, but the the pokey fur went into her skin a bit and her hand swelled and was itchy and she needed Benedryl. We took her to the nurse down the street and she advised us. It took a day or two for the swelling to subside. She didn’t pick them up after that.

i wouldn’t want to be fuzzy four if this furry one is still hungry! it must be trying to keep warm, after all, who wouldn’t want to just eat and curl up with this low temperature:)… it looks harmless enough like in the photo and i am tempted to touch it, but if it’s stomach is still growling, i’m afraid it might take a chunk off my finger!

You really have an eye for finding the cutest insects. I don’t even like bugs but your photos always make me smile LOL
Enjoy that snow! I think I’d freeze to death if I lived in it but I sure would like to play in it for a day. I’ve never seen real snow. We went to the Carolina mountains one year and of course they had record highs and had to make snow for skiing with a machine LOL I was in Birmingham one time and as I drove up to a stop sign it started to flurry just a little. I pulled over, got out and danced in it for a minute. People driving by stared at my like I was a nut and then an older couple pulled up to the stop sign, rolled down their window and the woman said “You’re not from around here, are you?” LOL That was the only snow they had while I was there but for that 5 minutes I sure did enjoy it.
