I wanted to share some of the visitors I’ve been enjoying at my feeders.
I love watching the antics of the nuthatches – the white-breasted like this one and the red-breasted ones.
Finches abound, lol. Sometimes, I have 30 or so house finches and goldfinches out there.
I’ve been happy to watch some crossbills coming around.
It would be thrilling to have the cardinals raise their babies here again. Such beauties!
I just love the little pine siskin screaming her head off at the crossbill, and he’s just doing what he wants.

I’m glad I decided to do a macro Monday entry today or I would have missed your bird shots post. I can imagine the little finch screaming ‘orders’ to his fellow winged companions.
The third shot looks like he’s taking for a bit of a breather.

What a wonderful variety of birds you have at your feeder! LOVE the crossbills and the nuhatch, and the little finches .. and well, all of them! Great photos, too!
We’ve had dunnocks, sparrows, blackbirds, starlings, collared doves, wood pigeons, one robin, and a jackdaw so far this morning. We would have had goldfinches too, but I’ve just noticed that their thistle feeder is empty.
