Redneck fork?

My dad is the kinda guy who eats every single thing with a fork, yes, even bacon and french fries! So when we stumbled on this fork in a kitchen gadget store we absolutely had to get it for him!

That is a fork that someone with only one hand/arm can use. I love the little fender, to keep gravy from splashing up onto your fingers or the handle. Necessity is the mother of invention. People with disabilities can be very creative.
